A Brokerage Event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 25 minutes business meetings are usually enough to build connections. When the bell rings the time is up and the next meeting starts.
11th January - 8th March
During the registration you can set when you want to be available for meetings. This determines up to how many meetings you can have.
2. Set up a profile
Next you create a profile that will be visible to other signed up attendees on the event website. This profile describes what are you looking for and what can you offer to potential partners.
3. Request meetings
20th February - 10th March
Now you can start to receive and send meetings requests to attendees you want to meet at the event.
4. Build connections
A few days prior to the event, the exact time and place for your meeting will be scheduled. You will receive an email with your meetings schedule or you can always check it online. 13th March is the day of the Brokerage Event.
If an unforeseen circumstance comes up and you will not attend a meeting, please cancel your meeetings through the platform. In this way, the other participant will get a notification.
